Vines have been cultivated in Navarra for many centuries. Chronicles from the Middle Ages tell us about the Sarria Estate and how the Lord of Sarria accompanied King Sancho the Strong in the Battle of Las Bodegas de Sarria Navas de Tolosa (1212).
Golden yellow. Clean, clear and bright. Complex and intense aromas characteristic of the variety. Ample and sugary in the mouth with a savoury and glycerol like transition. Aftertaste of raisins, peach and honey. Ideal with foie gras, cured cheeses and desserts in general.
