Since the mid 1850s Henry Lindeman?s winemaking philosophy was to craft wines for everyday enjoyment. This meant cellaring wines and not releasing them for sale until they had properly matured so that consumers could enjoy the wines immediately.
Pale straw green with vibrant hues. Aromas of white nectarine and subtle grapefruit characters. The nose is further enhanced by a hint of cashews associated with lees contact and maturation in French oak. On the palate the fresh nectarine flavours are balanced with lively acidity and a creamy complexity. The long citrus finish is complimented by subtle vanillin oak.
