Founded by Adriano Ramos Pinto in 1880, it began operating on the Brazilian market in the early 20th century, whilst it was still conquering generations of loyal customers in Portugal and Europe.
Intense, expressive, velvety and very fruity with strong aromas of very ripe fruits. Slightly peppery, it is very fresh and balanced with excellent involvement of vanilla from its ageing in wood. A fresh, tasty, non-aggressive attack, very balanced with smooth tannins and perfect acidity. Fruity and lively with a taste of very ripe fruits, like cherries. An excellent balance between fruit and tannins. Full-bodied and velvety, very flavoursome and long. Its persistence promises excellent development.
